GHOF Ealing is the most recently established GHOF project. Set up under the guidance of GHOF founder Mick Watson it aims to become a self sustaining social enterprise within three years.
Based at Northala Fields, the project manages the fishing waters, tackle shop and classroom facilities, intending to generate revenue from the sales of day tickets in the model of GHOF North East in Durham.
Full youth engagement will officially begin spring 2011 headed by the the youngest GHOF co-ordinator Perry Avery. The Ealing project will work with schools, local police, youth groups and the local community to offer targetted GHOF programmes as well as establishing a junior angling club at the site.
