GHOF North East Lincolnshire

Established in 2007, GHOF North East Lincolnshire has grown dramatically under coordinator Mark Fenty.

Based at Homestead Lakes in Immingham, the project has transformed the site, reducing anti-social behaviour, establishing a junior club and creating wildlife nature boards and pond dipping area for local school use.

The GHOF project works closely with schools, local police, family support organisations and the council across North East Lincs to deliver a range of angling and positive activity programmes.

During the research period the project has supported the development of numerous coaches and taken on young apprentices.
